Finally... Buying a car was actually FUN! I have bought several new vehicles in my life and I can honestly say that this time around it was easy and fun! I knew what I wanted and my salesperson Patrick really listened to me and showed me the exact vehicle I was looking for. We were able to make a deal that fit my needs and budget. Being that I was looking to lower my payments and increase my fuel economy I traded my 2013 Kia Sportage EX Luxury AWD for a new 2016 Kia Rio SX hatchback. I was happy to get 0% financing too. Kristi in the business / finance office, worked quickly and professionally to get me what I need and out the door in a timely manner. There was ZERO pressure here. Instead of trying to just "sell" me a car they really seemed to understand how to treat a customer. In this Facebook, texting, selfie, hashtag world we are living in, it was nice to see some TRUE customer service. A special thanks also to Brendon, one of the sales managers, for not playing any games with me and ultimately making this car deal relaxing and enjoyable. I love my new KIA! More
