Jacob warmly greeted us at the door and offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate or water. I knew i was at a good place. The friendly staff has a welcoming smile and are extremely professional and listen intently to the customer. Jacob showed me options on multiple cars and what would work within my budget. We test drove two vehicles. In each car Jacob showed me all the features and special perks. I must say each car had many features. Jacob showed me each feature and had me demonstrate how to use them. To me this is crucial to know how to get the most benefits from gas mileage and features. Even though Jacob's work day ended he worked overtime to find me a car to suit my lifestyle, I chose a used vehicle Kia Sportage 2015 ex. We spoke with Tony Levasseur and negotiated an extremely good price. Jacob gave us privacy to complete the business. The car was ready the next day. Cleaned, detailed, and inspected bumper to bumper. As the proposed deal was nearing a conclusion we encountered a closing stalemate which was cleaverly resolved by Sales Manager Aiden Zaire. BUT without the compassionate and qualified input from Jacob, the deal was falling apart. Again, Jacob's knowledge and communicating skills - we had a perfect fit!
