When I first entered the dealership I was sort of hesitant on purchasing a Kia. Charbel was courteous enough to greet me in a very respectful manner, took me to his desk when through all of my needs hesitant on purchasing a Kia. Although I did not purchase on the first meeting Charbel left such a great impression I came back 2 days later and decided to proceed with the purchase.
