No fooling around I was looking for a late-model Hyundai Sonata as I'm fond of that vehicle but the new ones have been getting rather expensive. I saw that this dealers I was looking for a late-model Hyundai Sonata as I'm fond of that vehicle but the new ones have been getting rather expensive. I saw that this dealership was selling a 2012 2.0 Limited for a good price. I came in, saw the car, asked some questions, took it for a brief ride, and was ready to buy. The salesman stuck me as a straight shooter. The negotiation is a bit of a ceremony (the unseen sales manager wanted another $500 beyond what we had agreed to, which was still in my range so it wasn't an issue for me, but I find the whole back and forth a bit silly). When I had a concern about the car shortly after purchase, the salesman arranged for me to get it looked at by a Hyundai dealership and they were able to clear it up. The only annoyance was that because it's a dealership, you still have to do the bit with the finance office where they try to get you to buy powertrain insurance and rust protection etc. etc. and look at you like you're an idiot when you say you don't want it :). It has now been a few months and I'm happy with the car and my experience, in particular the interaction with Naim and his professionalism. I'd recommend a softer touch with the finance office upselling, but I guess people do what works for them. More

They helped me to get a financing with a reasonable conditions. A fair negotitaiton of the final price was also accepted. The guy, Juan, was specifically helpful and poilte, followed up with me on the technical details we agreed over the mechanical inspection and allowed me to test drive the car couple times to have my friend's opinion as well. He also provided me with picking up favour as I did not have a car. I was happy with the people I dealt with and I wish the car works in great condition over the long run.. More
