I had an appointment set up via the website, but we still wanted to do a bit of research for options. Nour made us feel comfortable. He answered almost all our questions and those he couldn't were quickly researched. He was interested in us as more than just customers. Our conversation went through a lot of topics. Two and a half hours later, we were signing the initial papers to purchase our new Kia Soul. It is a quirky vehicle and the colours were quirky (Polar/Red) and this suited us well.
