Bad Experience Cheated me on my trade in. Gave me less than book value claiming they couldn't possibly make any profit if they gave me more, then put it on their lot Cheated me on my trade in. Gave me less than book value claiming they couldn't possibly make any profit if they gave me more, then put it on their lot for $5000 more than they gave me! Over 33% markup! No profit there. Lied to us and made promises they refused to keep. Was promised by three different people- parts and accessories AT COST. Then after deal was done it was "We meant employee prices, Nobody gets anything at cost"! A month later and I still haven't received a copy of the invoice for those accessories, so I can't even verify what they charged me! Customer care wanted me to wait a month after purchase to have those accessories installed. Said they couldn't possibly get me a loaner sooner than that. Went over their head and got it in after a week. Had paint protection put on. Everyone I've talked to in the industry says this needs to be re-applied at least every two years. Asst. manager told me it was a onetime application. As he was telling me this another employee walked up and said it was "as often as needed". Asked for clarification in writing. Still haven't got it. Love the new truck, Hated the whole sales experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More

Excellent service and a great price I had been looking for a vehicle for a long time and usually because of my age (20) dealerships wouldn't want to help me as much as i would have liked I had been looking for a vehicle for a long time and usually because of my age (20) dealerships wouldn't want to help me as much as i would have liked. The moment I stepped into Key West ford I was created by Mike. He was very friendly and immediately helped me out. We sat down at his computer and found a car I liked. We went out for a drive in the vehicle and afterwords took another vehicle out to compare the two. After spending over an hour with me, Mike and I crunched some numbers and left it at that. I told him I would have to go home and figure out my trade and come back in in a few days and see if we can make it work. This was not a problem at all for Mike and he wasn't pushy at all with the sale. I would recommend Mike as a salesperson to anyone looking for a new vehicle. By far the best service I have had at any dealership. More

As we live on Vancouver Island in British Columbia , we needed a day to travel to " Key West" and did not want to travel unless this car was as good as described -it is an expensive trip! The dealership assured us that they would hold this car until we saw it, and that it really was as perfect as we hoped. When we arrived the next day, the car was sitting right at the front door, we were greeted by a most professional and friendly salesman, Mansoor. He greeted us , and we saw right away that the car was as good as described! We have never had such a pleasant and professional experience when purchasing a car. There was no pressure at all and Mansoor was an excellent and knowledgeable salesman, who helped us buy this car at a very good price. I would recommend " Key West " to everyone without reservation. Even though we were interested in a used car that was not made by Ford - we were treated as valuable customers. .
