Key West ford comes at it from a different angle . Their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable, their service department is highly attentive- and their management staff seem to really care about the big picture. If any one of those elements don't exist it seems to me there are just too many gaps to fill to come away from the experience at any dealership feeling like I got ripped off somehow.
