Total Strike Out Lie, lie, lie. Never heard such crying about how much our trade in was only worth. They had to make so much money profit. Sales manager was very rude Lie, lie, lie. Never heard such crying about how much our trade in was only worth. They had to make so much money profit. Sales manager was very rude and disrespectful. My wife and I were very polite and did or say anything to get rude comments from sales manager. Beware of all the extra fees they try to slam you with. They kept the keys to our trade in and we could not even get into it to get a book to read. Sat for 5 hours doing nothing as they were too totally detail inside and outside the new car. Waxed outside of car and did quick wipe and vacuum inside. We had to spend 4 hours cleaning inside of car to try to get out the cigar odor. The window wash reserve was totally empty. At least the sales man tried hard to keep our buying experience happy. Still impressed with the styling and handling of a Ford Fusion car. Way better ride and interior then a GM product. Ryan still helps us if we have any questions. Thank You Ryan. More
