He was friendly, approachable, and took an interest in helping us to find the vehicle that was best for us. He was knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all of your questions. He was also understanding when we said, on our first visit, that we were going to check out cars at another dealer before making our decision. We are so glad he approached us because of all the dealerships we've been to, he definitely has the best customer service and he is one of the reason we decided to get our car at Key West Ford. He made great suggestions to us and we are so happy with our new Ford Flex! After I purchased the car, he still followed up and made sure I was okay with the car and advised me that I can contact him if I had any questions and it is very much appreciated. Gurj was also a pleasure to meet and was great and quick with all the paper work. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Our salesman Ryan Leverette and the financial "Guru" Gerard were absolutely top notch! We had a bit of a particular financial case to resolve but this did not even phase them! Were had all the financing taken care of and all our question answered right away and were able to drive away in our new truck right away!! Ryan continued to follow up with us after the purchase to ensure that everything was perfect and to provide some needed web resources on the operation of the Sync setup! Great job guys!
