We were apprehensive about driving all that way only to be disappointed but he seemed upfront and honest and assured me that it would not be a wasted trip. He was right. The car is in excellent condition for its age and although it was more than we really wanted to spend, we felt it was fair given its condition. Prash did not use any high pressure tactics and was outstanding to deal with from the moment I first spoke to him until the time we drove it off the lot. Michelle took care of all the financing in what seemed like no time at all. Picking up the vehicle the following evening I dealt with Ryan. He had everything ready to go and spent some time going over more of the features with me.
