It’s not easy buying a car over the phone when you live out of town. Things moved very fast and smoothly once we decided on a vehicle. He co-ordinated the courtesy car for the installation of the accessories purchased at the time of sale. The only wrinkle was the chip in the windshield. While it was supposed to be taken care of during the accessory installation, it wasn't and we were given the option of getting it fixed ourselves (and submitting the bill) or receiving a $25 gas card - which means that we have to find the time to fix the windshield that was chipped when we purchased the truck. However, overall, this is the first time that we have been happy with a dealership. We highly recommend Key West Ford. More
