Before getting the deal from Key West Ford, I shopped with 2 other Ford dealership however Key West offered me the best deal. Thanks a lot to this guy MJ Papian. He was a big help for me and he also acts fast like I told him if ever I will get a Mustang Ecoboost premium and the color is race red do you have it right now? Right away he got the car and he let us drove it for a test drive. The bonus part of getting my Mustang at Key West is that it also comes with a 48" Sony Bravia LED TV. I'm blessed and happy because I was planning to buy a TV and Key West gave it as Free! Also I want to Thank Michelle as well for giving me options for the payment and other Ford services. No pressure, up front with information Though Key West Ford is quite a distance from where I live, I found a particular vehicle on their website that I was very interested in looking at. Michael responded promptly to my e-mail about the availability of that vehicle, and set me up with an appointment to view it. As it was not a Ford product he admitted to not having as much product knowledge on this particular vehicle, however any time I asked a question he didn't know the answer to his response was, "Let me find out." Every question and concern I had was addressed promptly, and at no time did Michael try to up-sell, change my mind, or convince me that I needed more vehicle than I came looking for. Though I am not an experienced car buyer, I felt like I was treated professionally and courteously and at no time felt like anyone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. While the process was stressful just due to the nature of car buying, Michael's honesty and straight-forward presentation of the information on this vehicle made me feel confident that I was making an informed buying decision. When it came time to process the paperwork, Michelle patiently dealt with my inexperienced-car-buyer questions and explained everything. Edited to add: I would suggest taking the 125-point safety inspection report with a giant grain of salt and making sure you check everything yourself. The report I was given lists 1 item as a pass that doesn't actually work, and the person doing the inspection gave a "pass" rating to 7 other items that do not even exist on my vehicle, so obviously those items could not possibly have been tested. Unfortunately that calls into question all of the other items marked as "pass" as well. More

It took me several weeks to make up my mind and test driving and weighing options and types. Michael Nokes walked me through several different vehicles and explained everything honestly and with no pressure. Several times... He was patient and accommodating. He made it relatively easy to commit to such an expenditure. Compared to the other dealerships I went to that we're high pressure on site and then kept emailing and calling me (Marine Chrysler Dodge was the worst...) Key West Ford and Michael were like laid back friends. On top of this, I had swore that I would never buy a Ford because it is an American car. Well... I'm smitten with my Flex. Thank you. More
