Excellent Experience I went in to buy an advertised used car so I knew what I wanted. My salesman knew how to move my examination of the vehicle along and then the purchas I went in to buy an advertised used car so I knew what I wanted. I didn't feel "pushed" into anything maybe because of the experience of the salesman so he could "read me" and match his approach to mine. The vehicle was made ready to pick up for when I was available to pick it up (later the same day.... maybe the only part where I felt a little "pushed" heh,heh,heh...). Anyway, I'm quite happy with the service I got and I give full marks to my salesman, Mike Nokes , who was pleasant, calm and reasonable to deal with. I'd go back to this dealership again, especially if I could have Mike as my salesman again. More

At first, I just thought they wanted to close the deal and sell me my new vehicle. Which of course they did!! After seeing first the financial facts before me clear as mud, stating that that other deal would be detrimental to my financial health and well being in the long term."If you don't buy the new Ford Edge (Which I Love sooo much today!!!), you're better off just taking back your trade in vehicle and forgetting about the other so called deal as well. Look for another vehicle later on maybe in a few months." Why would a auto sales rep say that to me? Because he genuinely cares about his customers and supplies superior customer service!!!!
