I called blindly and luckily got Wayne at Kentwood Ford. I told him what in wanted and my overall budget. Wayne found me my truck with 10-15 minuets and called back right way. Not only was the purchase with Wayne great it was all of the little things. He flat out offered us a loaner vehicle while the truck was being cleaned and some other items installed. I know this isn’t a huge deal but if whenever we were dealing with other dealerships we would have to ask or sometimes even beg. Not with Wayne. He just gave us a loaner with a full tank of gas. He even offered to bring my truck to my house when it was ready. Great customer service and a so much easier than any other vehicle purchase we’ve ever made. When we are ready for another vehicle we will be giving Wayne the first call! More

Damage to our truck during service! We took our truck there for an oil change, which took them a week to do. Not only is that a ridiculous amount of time to take to do an oil change, while the truck was in their care, there was damage caused to the front bumper, in which they are refusing to repair or pay for. Definitely not happy with their service and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone else! More

He didn't disregard our feelings and try to put us in a vehicle we didn't want or couldn't afford. He started off interviewing us on the phone and made it even easier for me (a mom of toddler twins) by communicating over text. He did his homework so that when we showed up the next day, he could present us with our options. He never said what we could and couldn't do and was supportive and agreeable the entire time. Unlike previously, I felt like he was indeed trying to help us find a way out of our difficult situation. We need more people who listen in the service industry, like Wayne, rather than try to sell you their best interest. Thank you, Wayne. More
