In April, 2026, we bought a $20000 used vehicle that reported NO issues or accidents from a lovely sales lady at Kelowna Toyota,(it was a rushed purchase.) In the only 3 months and 2000km since purchase reported NO issues or accidents from a lovely sales lady at Kelowna Toyota,(it was a rushed purchase.) In the only 3 months and 2000km since purchase it’s been in for $10000+ worth of repairs, which are not complete. Management has offered no compassion for the three months of headache and stress. One manager dismissed my concerns at one point and another was extremely rude to me. Next they refuse to speak with me. Gratefully, we got an extended warranty and Toyota, reluctantly, agreed to cover that which was not covered by it. I should not have to continue to fight to have repairs that should have been done before the sale completed. I would like the remaining three delaminated tail-light covers replaced as promised. I’ve not even received a courtesy call since picking up my vehicle from the shop July 9th. This has been an unpleasant experience, one I hope will be resolved. More

Had a wonderful experience at Kelowna Toyota buying a used vehicle. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and kind.
