Ended up purchasing our new vehicle through Cam Hazell with Nicole Kilmer at the financial end of it. Also had quick encounters with multiple other staff there (sorry, I don't know your names!) At no time did we feel pressured, or like a bother with all of our questions. Upon delivery, Clinton Birnie did everything he could to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Even after the sale is complete, they are still going above and beyond to address our concerns and answer our questions. I would not hesitate to tell everyone I know to come here for all of their vehicle purchases. Not only are the staff great, the car is great as well!! Loving our 2018 Murano!! More
Fantastic experience buying a used vehicle! I purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited in January 2019 from Kelowna Nissan. Dylan Tran was the salesperson that assisted me, and Mark Samson I purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited in January 2019 from Kelowna Nissan. Dylan Tran was the salesperson that assisted me, and Mark Samson was the sales manager that we dealt with. Dylan was great from the second my mom and I got there. He was more than happy to test drive a few different vehicles we found that were within my price range and was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between the various vehicles. After finding one I really liked, he didn't pressure me to purchase immediately or put a deposit down, which was a really nice change because as a young female buying a vehicle, I feel like that is a regular occurrence. Dylan was also very accommodating to my needing a day to think about things. When the time came to purchase the vehicle, we were able to agree on a mutually acceptable price. Within a couple days of bringing my vehicle home, I received a call from Dylan seeing how I was enjoying my new vehicle, and whether I had any questions or concerns he could assist me with. I did have a concern about the tires, and with the assistance of Mark, one of the sales managers, they appeased my issue in a timely manner and made sure I was well set up and happy with the outcome. Dylan and Mark also made sure I knew they would be available if I had any other concerns going forward. Overall, everyone at the dealership that I crossed paths with, and especially Dylan and Mark who I dealt directly with, were all exceptional! I would definitely go back to them to get my next vehicle (although fingers crossed that won’t be for another 5 or so years, haha) More

Trade in and purchase of slightly used vehicle. Initially looked at a used Infiniti model, but the salesperson was condescending and insensitive to my health concerns. Then after a few months looked at a vehicle on the Nissan side of the dealership and was lucky enough to have a salesperson that listened to my needs, likes and requirements. Being that it was a two year old vehicle, I understood that there would be some scratches and discolouration of the exterior and when I mentioned that I was a bit disappointed in the look for such a relatively new vehicle, I was assured (verbally only of course) that "it would be all shined up and that I wouldn't recognize it when I came to pick it up". It clearly was only washed and no care was given at all to "shine it up". This was quite noticeable to the financial agent that looked at the vehicle with me as well. I mentioned it to the salesperson and he suggested I talk to the financial agent about what they charge to buff it up. I was expecting NOT to have to pay extra for something that was promised to me. Also, the financial agent yelled throughout her whole process. I mentioned how loud it was and that it was echoing in her office and she replied that she was told that she was loud and that she should close her office door. But I had seen her speak to a coworker next to her office in a very quiet voice as well as when she spoke to my salesperson about the missing detailing on my vehicle and she was very quiet. Just a bullying sales technique from what I can tell and it was not appreciated. More

Poor service department. We went with concerns about the rust on our 2016 Versa Note. We had a body man look at it and he said right away that it was rusting because the body We went with concerns about the rust on our 2016 Versa Note. We had a body man look at it and he said right away that it was rusting because the body wasn't aligned properly and debris from road had beat the paint off. He said they should cover it under warranty, so we went to dealer and right away we were told no they don't cover it. They didn't want to listen to us and just kept saying that. Finally they said they would take pictures and send them off to head office. We feel like no one cares from the dealership or from Nissan as to the quality of vehicles they sell. We are contemplating going to the media about this issue. The service advisor was John Hughes and he was rude and really didn't want to even talk to us just kept saying they wont cover it. This is not what I expect from a service person I feel they should at least appear to care and fight a bit to get help for their customers. It would be nice to feel that our concerns were listened to and not just brushed off. More

Our older model Murano needed some extensive repair work which we found out just 5 days before leaving for a road trip. Rather than put a lot of money into repairs, we decided to buy a new car which we had been planning to do anyway this Fall. We already knew what we wanted but it was not available in Kelowna. Cam located the car for us in Kamloops and arranged to have it brought to Kelowna just in time for us to pick it up and leave the next day on our trip. Our Murano was not driveable by the way so he loaned us a car from the lot until our new one arrived. We really appreciate how professional Cam was and how he never once tried to change our minds about what we wanted. We have been Nissan customers for years (Datsun 510!) and we have to say that Cam is the absolute best salesman with whom we have dealt. More
