They are very accommodating to their customers needs. No concerns with the service department, great experience. However Ford itself, I needed to get my lug nuts replaced after only two years and the cos No concerns with the service department, great experience. However Ford itself, I needed to get my lug nuts replaced after only two years and the cost from Ford on these is absolutely ridiculous, over $100 per tire. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with these, they should last more than 2 seasons before having to be replaced! You purchase your vehicle from Ford, maintain regular maintenance at one of their service departments then the company gauges you with something that can definitely be sold at a lower cost. Not the best way to treat dedicated customers. More
