This is my third vehicle purchase in 3 years for my family. One of the realities of all cars is that they break and require service. The service department has always treated us very well and has gone above and beyond to make sure my family were happy with the service we received. The inconvenience of being without your vehicle is made up by the genuine concern everyone in the shop puts towards keeping us on the road. This is definitely not the experience we had with either Chrysler dealership in Orillia. The sales department might sell you the first car but the service department sells you the next one. In this case we bought our first 2 chev products from Ashleigh and now James quite capably helped me order my new truck and all I can say for sure is that with the excellent service we have received from both of them when my son is ready for his 1st new car it will come from this dealership. Jim should take great pride in how well the next generation of Wilsons are doing at looking after their customers. More
