Jim Pattison Toyota on Regent

My wife called to book appt. for oil change@48k interval on feb1--got voice mail saying callback would be by end of day--no callback!! I called again on feb5, got same message saying call back by end of tha on feb1--got voice mail saying callback would be by end of day--no callback!! I called again on feb5, got same message saying call back by end of that day. Guess what--it is feb10 & still no call back!! I dont think u can get worse service than that--are they even in the business of servicing vehicles any more??? This would be a minus rating--big time!! More

Sorry i would not recommend their service. I had a problem with a door speaker they were going to charge 600.00 to replace the wire harness. So i took it to a reputable service centre they found the p problem with a door speaker they were going to charge 600.00 to replace the wire harness. So i took it to a reputable service centre they found the problem was with the speaker wire and repaired it for 128.00. Dealership service is only good when you buy a new car and u have factory warranty which have to maintain at the dealer. Once that warranty is over go to a local reputable service centre who who will look at fixing something before replacing it. More
