Jerry Mathews at Jim Pattison Subaru in Coquitlam was a very pleasant experience , non pressure, free of the "usual tricks" of the car business. Jerry was very helpful , all professional and the most important fact, he was very knowledgeable about the new 2018 Subaru outback we were purchasing. The sales manager Gar was also great. He was very accommodating to meet our price adjective. The actual delivery of our new Outback was at month later . It was such of pleasant experience, me and the wife were totally impressed by Jerry who spent a great deal of time showing us how to operate our new Outback full of electronic features.. Our new car had a small tag greeting us, hanging on the mirror saying '" Sold" to nice people! Wow! Nice touch. We hope the service department of this dealership will be as great place to do business as their sales department. More
