We had a car breakdown on the road and couldn’t get assistance anywhere locally. All the closest GM / CHEVY dealership service shops were closed on a Saturday. Travis helped us on the phone from 30 assistance anywhere locally. All the closest GM / CHEVY dealership service shops were closed on a Saturday. Travis helped us on the phone from 300 km away and helped to try and get us the assistance we needed. Once we were in Winkler with the vehicle, we did exactly as Travis had instructed. Our car was repaired on the same day it was brought into the garage. It was a fairly significant repair. Travis was great to deal with and the Janzen personnel were professional as usual. Thanks for being open on Saturdays. Someone else may be stranded near Winkler some day, and they will be able to get back on the road right away, unlike other towns in rural Manitoba.
