Islington Chrysler has most defiantly lost my business. I found an ad over the internet for a 2010 dodge ram sport for a reasonable price. I called and set up a meeting with a sales rep, when i went down to found an ad over the internet for a 2010 dodge ram sport for a reasonable price. I called and set up a meeting with a sales rep, when i went down to purchase the vehicle and sign for it they jacked up the price and said were sorry the ad was posted for the wrong price. They would not honour the price they made. So watch out for there False ADVERTISING. A few days after I got a great deal on a 2014 ram at Peel Chrysler. More
Hi, my name is Dean. My daughter Katie and I recently dropped by Islington Chrysler to do some shopping for a new car, for Katie. As soon as we got out of the car at The dealership, the "car salesman" gu dropped by Islington Chrysler to do some shopping for a new car, for Katie. As soon as we got out of the car at The dealership, the "car salesman" guard went up, based on previous experiences at other dealerships. Old habit. Once inside, we were greeted by Sue Thompson, one of the sales people. Within 15 minutes of talking with her, and my daughter giving her some ideas about what she was looking for, I could feel the "guard" melting away. She treated us both like normal human beings and was genuinely interested in my daughters thoughts and needs. Next thing I know we are on our way out for a test drive. All the while being told about the pros and cons of this vehicle for Katie's needs. Sue has such a natural way about her, you can't help feel comfortable, and never once did we feel all she was after was the "almighty buck". What a relief!!!! It was actually fun. After a substantial ride around to let Katie get a feel for the car, we went back, then into the "bean counter" (finance manager) office to see if it was meant to be. This is where we met Umar. This man is great! Not once did he make Katie, or I, feel like idiots for not understanding some of the options that are offered. And when we asked questions, he answered them in a way that still left our pride and dignity intact. Impressive! Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be with that particular car. However, before leaving, Sue said she would keep her eyes open for something that might suit Katie's needs. Within a week, Katie gets the call. Pictures followed, Katie was in love once more, and a meeting was arranged to view the car. She bought it. Sue had the car detailed from top to bottom, and the mechanics went over it with a fine tooth comb, and my daughters driving a car I don't have to worry about. It has been a great pleasure dealing with Sue, from the time we walked in the front doors. Thanks to Umar for his hard work and patience. Thanks to the guys in the shop who made sure everything mechanical was good. I WILL definitely do business at Islington Chrysler again!!! More

During the recent cold snap, the factory battery on my 2008 Jeep showed its age and finally died. After getting a boost from someone at work at 5pm, I drove straight to the dealership. Notwithstanding the late hour, Serge had my car brought into a service bay and had a new battery, battery lead and oil change completed in an hour. While waiting pensively, Serge insisted that I help myself to a free coffee (worth the wait). In the meantime, I ran into the dealership's shuttle driver, Tufan, who recognized me from previous visits and greeted me. If you ever have to use this dealership and get a lift from their courtesy shuttle, Tufan is a true gentleman. He makes you comfortable whether you prefer conversation or silence and evidences a career spent as a professional driver. He's one of those people that just make your day better for having met him, if you choose to recognize him as such. I can't say enough about him as a decent, genuine human being. My service, unscheduled as it was, was completed in an hour and I left with the peace of mind of having factory service done with the quality you can expect from factory trained professionals, as opposed to the risk of a street corner mechanic. The purpose of this review is this: I've been gouged by other dealership service departments before and I have also known good, honest, independent mechanic. The service advisors at Islington that I have dealt with previously, Serge and Elvin, ensure that you are not being over-serviced with things that your car does not need while making sure that your car gets everything that it does need. The reality of going to a dealership is that jobs are subject to book listed shop rates and you're going to generally pay for every 15 minute listed rate, where an independent mechanic may save you on labour. Nonetheless, the staff in the Service Department have worked for my trust and future business. If you are in need of dealership service, I strongly recommend Islington. More

Mr. Derkach recommended Alban Joseph to show and service me in the purchase of my new car. My previous vehicle, a Dodge Caravan, was also purchased from Mr. Joseph on the recommendation of Mr. Derkach. The consistency in service, customer appreciation and dependability on the three vehicles purchased at this dealer is the reason I have remained loyal to the Chrysler brand. More
Islington Chrysler has lost my business indefinitely at the young age of 21. While looking to purchase my first vehicle a 2007 Jeep Wrangler I was quoted a price of $13,800 over the phone by Alban, one of the young age of 21. While looking to purchase my first vehicle a 2007 Jeep Wrangler I was quoted a price of $13,800 over the phone by Alban, one of the sales associates. After taking the time to go look at the vehicle with my father I was quoted the actual sale price of approximately $21,000. I was told the correct milage on the vehicle but a mistake was apparently made while quoting the price, no apology was given. I believe this to be a poor case of business ethics, luring the client into the show room under false pretences. More
