We went to a few other dealerships but his customer service proved to be above and beyon We recently purchased a used Jeep Sahara Wrangler from Ryan. We went to a few other dealerships but his customer service proved to be above and beyond what we experienced at other dealerships. We called in to see if he had what we were looking for but he did not. Within a few hours he called that someone had just brought in a trade in. We went over to see it - and although dirty and a mess inside - he guaranteed us it would be cleaned up. We took the vehicle and upon delivery where quite surprised by how great it looked. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. He had soft top installed and even drove the hard hard home for us. He was honest at all times. Pat, his Manager was also a pleasure to work with - extremely professional and pleasant. On signing final papers we met with J.J. He was efficient, professional and very pleasant. Over all we had a wonderful experience owing in most part to Ryan Blanchard - I would highly recommend purchasing a new or used car with him. More

Watch out for financing trickery . They offer you the extended warranty and trick you into thinking it adds way less to your monthly payments then reality. I was in for a big surp . They offer you the extended warranty and trick you into thinking it adds way less to your monthly payments then reality. I was in for a big surprise when I negotiated my terms with the sales person on a taxes in basis. When I went to deal with the financing he showed me how the warranty would only increase my bi monthly payments by 10 dollars. In reality he was comparing the taxes in amount with the before tax amount. The warranty actually added an additional $80 a month rather than the $20 a month we discussed. By the time i saw my monthly payments and realized what had been done the car was purchased financed and there was nothing I could do other than remove the warranty (which wasn't a viable option in my mind). He threw in oil changes and tire rotation for 5 years but when I worked the numbers back the amount I was saving was coincidently the exact same value that oil changes and tire rotations would cost me for the 5 year term on the car. Obviously this is some sort of trickery he uses often. $80 extra a month is not reasonable or affordable when I had very carefully budgeted the amount I could afford for the car. Beware ! Don't let this happen to you! Outside of the pricing Umar was very understanding and patient. He did explain everything else very thoroughly and spent a lot of time answering my questions. He got all my financing in order without any glitches and with the bank I requested. More
