If I were to buy another car, I would definitely go back to the same dealer and same salesperson -- Alban, who is very friendly, down-to-earth and patient. He helped me test driving different cars, and even twice with the same car. Jordan, Alban's manager, was exceptional. He came out of a meeting to address my concern and have it resolved immediately. What a great sales team! However, I would have second thought going to Islington Chrysler for service. The person (Serge?) at the Service Desk does not have even the basic Customer Service manner. We (Alban and me) were in front of him waiting (a customer was talking to him at the counter). When he finished with the customer, he did not say a word and picked up the phone calling someone who was not answering, he left a long message regarding repair, costs and certain parts not available). He then spoke to us, we were just starting telling him what we needed, someone came in -- probably his friend, he greeted him, talked to him while we were standing in between them! More
