On other hand Service department is appointment based but even after you go in with appointment vehicle is n Really pleased with way sales department. In the service department,we dealt with Tara .She was so friendly,and explained in detail,our options,for what kind of warranty,best suited our needs. Well,just yesterday,we came back,to purchase yet another new Jeep.Once again,Joe was our sales guy,and gave us another great deal. We traded in our 2011 cts,and we bought a brands spanking new,2016 Jeep Cherokee North. We ordered it from the factory,and can't wait for us to have it delivered.
