Alban was very friendly and helpful going over our options of features that would work for us. I went there on 3 occasions and on one of them, Alban was busy so another sales associate (sorry I forgot his name) jumped in to help so we didn't lose time while Alban was busy. It's great to see the teamwork. Wayne in finance was very friendly and helpful as well (I don't see his name in this review to select that we worked with him) so I want to be sure he also gets recognize for making us feel welcome and explaining all the details with this big purchase. He made us feel like friends/family and we had only just met. Great job to both Alban and Wayne for great customer service!!! More

Horrible Customer Service Purchased one of the dealerships most expensive vehicles on their Lot... and am so displeased with their customer service. I have purchased 14 vehicles in a 3 year period, this being the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Unfortunately I don't have anything nice to say and buying an 85,000 dollar truck being their second most expensive vehicle next to the Viper, you would like to think you would be treated with respect and seem appreciated... however the only people who seemed to actually appreciate my business was the used car manager who took my Challenger in on trade and the finance department. The salesman was un-knowledgable and tried to smile and talk over me as i asked questions. The Owner of the dealership's Son was nothing but rude, pretentious and inconsiderate not to mention how he spoke down to me while looking at 85,000 dollar trucks... the dealership did not offer to include anything such as free oil changes or service, nothing was included and i did not hassle them on the price of the truck or what i was getting for my Challenger. So, i figured they should be willing to install a tonneau cover free of labour cost if i purchased the part right? no i was told it would cost me a few hundred dollars and that they would get back to me the next day on an actual price which it has now been 5 Days and have not heard back from the dealership. this just adds to the list of times they had not called me back after being told i would be receiving a phone call. one of the times i was told Saturday he would call me tomorrow... which it had started to get late the next day and figuring they forgot AGAIN, i called in to find they were not even open Sundays! i believe i did not receive a call back 4 or 5 times they said they would get in touch with me. i would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership, and if they did not have the exact truck i was looking for on their lot i would have went elsewhere and im extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service. More
