I called and got connected to Sabrina in sales, huge regret. Showed immense interest in a brand new truck that I even put a deposit on it BEFORE stepping foot in the dealership and she was VERY quick to regret. I came in with my whole family 5 of us amidst a pandemic to show how serious we were and 1)the car was not even washed 2) no professionalism what so ever 3) extremely rude and unaccommodating. As a result we didn't purchase the car. Its been 3-4 days now and she has not returned our calls, text msgs and we have NOT received our deposit back.
