Hi Sonnyj, We apologize with regards your most recent experience. The store was sold 15 months ago and the new ownership honored previous oil coupons for the first 12 months. Unfortunately there were no records of who had olil change coupons and therefore we could never make a formal notification to the coupon holders and for that we apologize.
