Service Advisor & Service Detailer were excellent I arrived on Vancouver Island (from Cranbrook) for business purposes and due to mileage required "The Works" service package on my Ford F-150: change I arrived on Vancouver Island (from Cranbrook) for business purposes and due to mileage required "The Works" service package on my Ford F-150: change oil and filter, rotate tires, inspect brakes, belts, hoses, etc. Service Advisor Boris Jurcic provided excellent customer service and also ensured that my truck was washed at conclusion. Service Detailer James Reimer did a great job washing the outside of the F-150 and also cleaned up the floor mats and dash for me! The service report I received was professional and to the point. I noticed that everyone seems to be happy working at this dealership. Great job all ... keep striving for excellence! More

The Service department is Fantastic Last Friday I had an issue with my 2016 F-150, I arrived there just before 5:00 pm on the Friday. I met Boris and he laid it out "Straight" to me. He let me know that all of the mechanics have either finished for the day or left already. Unfortunately for Stephen he step out of the back at that moment. Boris asked him to take alook at my truck and we whipped it to the back for him to hook up the computer. By the time Stephen finished, Boris had arranged for a loaner vehicle and asked if I could leave my truck there and they could get a mechanic to look at it. WOW!!! I have dealt with other dealerships in the past (None on the Island) and came away very disappointed. This great team, calmed the situation, took charge, found a solution and had me rolling again by Wednesday. I am more than impressed and definately recommend them! Not impressed with sales tactics or service quality We bought a used vehicle in two years ago and had purchased the prepaid service package from them. We also bought winter tires shortly thereafter. We had the winter tires on for half a season (and not very many km because we only drove short distances) and the staff already were trying to sell me new winter tires, telling me I didn't have much tread left on them. I said, "excuse me? I just bought these tires a few months ago from you".... and they immediately backpedalled and awkwardly changed their tune. Those tires were essentially done at the end of one and a half seasons. I would also never purchase the prepaid service package again, as it always seems like a rush-job. I brought the vehicle in for the last service in the fall and was told that a tire rotation and balance was part of the service, but when I went to put my winter tires on I could tell this wasn't done because the tires were corroded on and I couldn't get them off (after only a couple of months). Additionally, when we were trying to buy another small car for our family, we tried to negotiate the price and they wouldn't talk in terms of the full price of the car, just trying to convince us to come up with the payment amount that was in our budget. It felt like they were trying to hide something and they came across as the stereotypical smarmy car salespeople. Never again will I make a purchase from this dealership and I will never recommend them to anyone. I'll probably also never buy a Ford again because the trust just isn't there. More
