Purchase of a new 2017 GMC Truck My wife and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new GMC 1500 truck with Island GMC. Allan Graham made the whole experience a true pleasure! My wife and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new GMC 1500 truck with Island GMC. Allan Graham made the whole experience a true pleasure! His knowledge of the options, details and specifics of various vehicles; along with an informal (and humorous!) presentation style made this vehicle shopping experience a joy. Allan was not afraid to say when he was unsure of something when I raised a question and always made it a point to ensure he found out the answers and closed the loop by then offering me full explanations. Allan was exceptionally patient in ensuring he understood exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and then worked with Masood to ensure we got exactly what we wanted! Over the course of a couple of dozen hours across several days, Allan always made committed time and effort to fit our schedule and shopping opportunity. On three separate occasions we were at the dealership long after closing time finalizing the details on our vehicle purchase! The dealership ensured we got all the options we requested and then brought in the exact vehicle we wanted for us. We were away and unable to pick up the vehicle when it arrived, but Allan sent us a video with a great song and dance routine that walked us around and through our new vehicle so that we could visually see what we actually bought! Great job!!!! There were a few details and blemishes that we noticed when we received the vehicle but Allan, Masood and Kimberley looked after every item without hesitation! And smiles as well!! I can honestly say, this has been the best over-all vehicle purchase and supporting service experience that I have yet received from a vehicle dealership! Great work everybody! Thanks for everything! From beginning to end Allan was very attentive to my needs and all of the features I wanted in my next vehicle. He was also wildly accommodating- even with my hectic schedule (and inclement weather), which caused me to have to reschedule not once, not twice, but three times. Honestly, everyone involved in the entire process was fantastic. I was in a bit of a time crunch, but they didn't let that get in the way of giving me flawless service. AND they managed to get me out the door in time. (Major thanks to Rob in finance for operating at lightning speed!) I can't say enough about how happy I am with the entire staff that I've dealt with at Island GM. From start to finish, I had yet another fantastic experience. Especially thanks to Allan, who was nothing but helpful from beginning to end, and even touched base afterwards to make sure I was enjoying my new car.
