Terrible Beware! I bought a 2011 gmc 2500, was told the truck went through thorough inspection and they replaced the exhaust manifold gasket and did a transm Beware! I bought a 2011 gmc 2500, was told the truck went through thorough inspection and they replaced the exhaust manifold gasket and did a transmission flush. Drove off the lot and found the hood was loose, the manual shifter stopped working and there was a significant amount of moisture in the headlight. 1500km later check engine light came on, took to another gm dealership and asked them to do a full inspection. They found exhaust manifold is leaking, transmission needs flushing, power steering box leaking, front crank seal leaking and truck undercarriage and rotors caked in mud. Talked with general sales manager "moose" who said all mechanics will say different things.... even though it was another gm dealership. Dan Easton was another salesman I dealt with...he seemed understanding at first and admitted that a mistake may have been made but then said "we don't take losses" . I never did hear back from James (who had sold us the truck)...apparently he doesn't work there anymore. Also found my rear bumper out of alignment, went to check and found 3 of the 4 main bolts were missing...... they also promised a manual which never showed up. Tried getting a hold of Steve Munro the general sales manager over 6 times leaving messages and never once got a call back. Dealing with gm Canada now, as this dealership is poorly run and once you leave that lot your nothing to them. Can only hope no one else has to go through this. Worst customer service I've ever had and not what I expected when choosing a well known island dealership. More

Ranjit hands down was the most professional, polite, relaxed, patient and accommodating salesman we have ever had the pleasure doing business with. Ranj spent the majority of his Saturday, following us around the lot as we slowly went through the options one by one and listening to what we were looking for. He never once made us feel pressured or that we indecisive. He was very attentive to our needs. We waited a week for our new vehicle as we had some upgrades added. Ranj went above and beyond keeping us up to date with the progress via texts and even took a couple of videos for us on our new truck, which we thought was just awesome. When I started going here a few years ago when I purchased my 2013 Chev Silverado SLT I was not impressed. The employee I dealt with would not get back to me. I had only been given one set of keys originally and it took two weeks to get the second set. Over the last year I have noticed a dramatic improvement in relation to the service and response of the staff. Darryl was friendly, courteous, and ensured that not only was my older Saturn Vue warranty work completed well (with a vacuum and wash), but also ensured my 2013 Chev pick-up servicing was up to date and an appointment arranged the following week for servicing.
