Service and support after purchase I purchased my new truck approximately 8 weeks ago from Island GMC. Since then, I have had a few questions and a couple of small details that needed to be looked after. Allan has always made himself available and has shown great patience in answering my questions and supporting my concerns. I now find I have a couple of small details to be looked after. An easy discussion with Allan and some clarifications with Massod and things look like they are being well taken care of !! I have my first service Appointment in June (6K on the new wheels already!) To this point in time, the service department has been very supportive. I'll have more insight after the actual visit! As a customer, It is a great feeling to be shown a sense of value and appreciation - as much for the vehicle sale as it is for the service and support offered after the fact. My thanks to all! More

Incredibly Awesome Experience. I had been looking at different dealerships on line for about a month. Not seriously really, as I had no money and no money to put down on a car and o I had been looking at different dealerships on line for about a month. Not seriously really, as I had no money and no money to put down on a car and only my car to trade in. Didn't really expect anything. Well right from Melanie, the girl who popped up in the right hand corner of my computer screen and said. "Hi. How may I assist you today?" To Cody sales, Terry sales, Rob in finance as well as the rest of the team, I was treated like I was part of that team. Every time one of them talked, things just got better. I left the dealership in tears and behind the drivers seat of my brand new 2017 EQUINOX !! I couldn't believe it. I would recommend Island GM to anyone. Thanks so much to the entire team.
