I walked in, explained my price range and what I wanted, within a very short period of time I was walking out with the keys. I don't know a whole lot about vehicles, warranty, etc. but the team who set me up, from the salesman to the people in financing, made it super easy for me to understand everything as well as know exactly where my money was going. I felt very welcome. I didn't feel a lot of pressure, they were very easy to talk to and worked with my budget. Having people who work in insurance, there, made it much faster and easier to get my insurance and plates and just head out the door. I also know if I have any worries or concerns, even questions about a light that comes on, I can call and they know the answer. Service is quick and easy! I drop my car off, hand them my keys and head to work. They call me when it's done and I go get it. They'll even have someone to pick up and drop off. oil changes and even a recent tire patch they performed under short notice and I got my car back the same day, no problem! All clean too! I would recommend their dealership any day. I love my car and they take the stress away when it comes to all of my car worries! More

We didn't buy the vehicle from these guys and we sure felt it from the minute we droppe Just a few words about how this company handles their clients. We didn't buy the vehicle from these guys and we sure felt it from the minute we dropped the truck off. When we picked up the truck they assured us that it was complete and ready to go. The guy behind the counter said (your truck is right out there) I could not see it, and a young guy came over and said (actually, its at the end of the lot, I will go get it for you) wow, nice guys. Thanks to the new guy that came out and offered to run to the end of the lot for me. Once we got home and looked under the vehicle we were surprised at the job that was done. We took pictures and could not believe our eyes. Half of the truck was not even covered with the product. I am sure a lot of people don't even look under the vehicle to see if it was done or not. Once we phoned them and complained they explained that they used a new product and that it must not have stuck to the truck. What, are you kidding. They offered to redo the job, and since we had already paid the $1400.00 we figured we would give them another shot. Very reluctantly, we went back and were assured that all would be perfect next go around. Well, far from it. When we got home we could not believe anyone had even looked at the truck before we left, all of the undercoating was bubbled and coming off, nothing stuck at all. We had some lady assure us that 3 of them were under the vehicle before handing it over to us, they were all happy with the results. I have never been under a vehicle, but this one, even I knew was a bad job. I could not believe they let us have it. We sent the pictures to the Dealership we bought it from and they had never seen anything like it. They were willing to help us no matter what. We sent the pictures on Sunday and within 2 hours their service manager was calling us to let us know he would fix this issue. He could not believe the pictures. They did just that, we were sent to another dealership in Victoria and immediately could see the difference in customer service as well. We will not set foot on Baljet property again. More

2014 Trax I purchased a 2014 Trax in Feb and have had nothing but problems with it . Although the staff are eager to please , it ends there with there GM tell I purchased a 2014 Trax in Feb and have had nothing but problems with it . Although the staff are eager to please , it ends there with there GM telling me not once but twice they will buy back my car .. Only to go in and have him say they've found the problem (again) Also apparently my A/C is up to standards however, when I have the loaner trax there is no comparison to the amount of cool air that comes out. The issue of my brakes apparently , it's normal to occasionally go right down to the floor after your sitting at a red light fir a while ( loaner doesn't have this issue) Let's go back to the first problem my car ignition , when I turn my key over to turn it on , stays in that position ..making noises as tho the engine is trying desperately to start. I took it in and left it there over Easter weekend because it apparently would never happen to them . Finally after a salesman heard it as I was leaving ... They decide it was the A/c unit , kept it for a week , gave it back and next day . Problem with the ignition . After taking it in again because I'm getting a buy back and the big wigs want it hooked up to computers for a week first. A week goes by , I don't hear anything. So I pop in. He says good news... You need a new fuel pump and we're flying it in .... I said what about Ac.. He says it's up to standards ... I said this is xxxxxxxx ...I was told I was getting a new car.. This GM proceeds to raise his voice at me telling me not to swear at his staff. Again I repeat , I'm not wearing at your staff this is frustrating and it's xxxxxxxx you said I was getting a new car... I got teary and tried to leave the office and he says this conversation isn't over , I said yes it is I can't talk like this. I received an email when I got home again saying I shouldn't swear at his staff... Umm I was speaking of the situation not to "his" employee. What Man let alone a GM ...first off upsets a woman and insists on finishing a conversation and backs out of not one but 2 promises? I have bought GM cars since 1999 and never had a problem with either the cars or the staff. It's a real shame a single mother loses $30 000 and all I wanted was new so I don't need to worry about fixing cars etc and having a safe ride for me and my son . shame on you Peter Baljet in Duncan , it's ashamed the company sold and got into this new persons hands More
