2017 Sierra truck I phoned this dealership after finding a couple of vehicles I was interested in on their website.My first contact was with a very pleasant receptionis I phoned this dealership after finding a couple of vehicles I was interested in on their website.My first contact was with a very pleasant receptionist who directed me to Ryan Cantal in sales. Ryan was very friendly and checked to see if the vehicles were still available and they were. We arranged to get together to drive the vehicles and to have our vehicle valued for trade in. The trucks we were interested in were both parked beside each other in front of the showroom washed and ready to go. Ryan took some time to go over the truck prior to driving it pointing out some features that were not available at the time we bought our 2010 Sierra. During the negotiations that took place over the next 2 days, Ryan kept us informed and was eager to act on our behalf to get the deal that was right for us. His skills on social media are excellent and he responded to any texts or phone calls quickly. My main dealings were with Ryan but I found everyone I dealt with at the dealership to be friendly and knowledgeable, thank you all :) More

turned a problem situation into stress free ownership Masood and Mike, thank you all for helping me out today, y'all turned a stressful situation and a camping trip I cancelled before I showed up to Islan Masood and Mike, thank you all for helping me out today, y'all turned a stressful situation and a camping trip I cancelled before I showed up to Island GM leaving overjoyed and a happy new car owner with better future repair service and a loyal customer to Island GM, this morning I went in to deal with my wheel wobble as it got much worse after my trip on Salt Spring, I camped the night in Bamberton, and turned around in the morning actually just to go into Island GM and I got a high cost repair bill, though I was able and willing to pay it to be honest I didn't want to, and with the help and support of Island GM turning my stress into a nearly new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze with a much lower interest rate and an affordable per monthly payment plan while making sure I was okay going forward with everything I didn't hesitate to sign papers and acquire ownership of this red beauty, plus if I ever need or want to trade it in I'll for sure be returning to Island GM, but for future oil changes, warranty coverage and all repairs, it'll be Island GM for me, and I now live in victoria! Island GM is hands down the place to go, I also suggest others needing car repair and/or oil changes to visit the repair shop and of course the dealership at Island GM, too, it's a dealership full of honest customer service, it's not stereotyped "sleezy" car salespeople at Island GM, it's people and car repair folks wanting drivers to be safe while out on the roads, I feel the repair folks are forthcoming and honest with repairs needed, service people well walk you through the things and costs and make sure you're comfortable paying for each mechanical repair and the dealership well sit for hours on the phone waiting to get you into a newish/used vehicle (in my case) and who knows, maybe you'll leave with a newer vehicle just like I did! And please do tell Mike and Massod, Kevin with the red 2016 Cruze and Bose sound system, sent you in to Island GM :D lolol More
