Service Center Experience Had many issues with a car I bought a few years ago. I had Visited the service center numerous times and dealt with Neil Burton. He was always extremely nice and diligent. the issues with my car were fixed. I had a great experience with him and was so happy that he took the time and care to help me. Service was poor. The Service Manager was rude and did not provide required services. We had gone in for a scheduled maintenance, which included a free wash and va The Service Manager was rude and did not provide required services. We had gone in for a scheduled maintenance, which included a free wash and vacuum of the vehicle. The maintenance included a multi point inspection which was completed, but had been instructed to come back in 1 and half hours due to the process taking this long, for vacuuming and washing. This was not done, the shuttle driver had been trying to work with Kevin Toews, who had not responded when asked if he should come and pick us up. This wouldn't be bad, considering they were busy, but this isn't the first instance of this happening to us, I will be requesting different service advisor on our next visit. More
