From beginning to end Allan was very attentive to my needs and all of the features I wanted in my next vehicle. He was also wildly accommodating- even with my hectic schedule (and inclement weather), which caused me to have to reschedule not once, not twice, but three times. Honestly, everyone involved in the entire process was fantastic. I was in a bit of a time crunch, but they didn't let that get in the way of giving me flawless service. AND they managed to get me out the door in time. (Major thanks to Rob in finance for operating at lightning speed!) I can't say enough about how happy I am with the entire staff that I've dealt with at Island GM. From start to finish, I had yet another fantastic experience.
