Disappointing I heard that you helped people who don't have the best credit. I heard of a few who had been able to buy from you with bad credit. I sent in all I heard that you helped people who don't have the best credit. I heard of a few who had been able to buy from you with bad credit. I sent in all my paper work and was told by Shannon that I was approved and to come look at vehicles. Then I heard nothing for about a week, so emailed Mike Hearn again and was told that they could not help me and needed some further proof of income, none of which was mentioned to me. So I kept asking how come I was told I'm approved and then hear nothing. I understand if I didn't get approved, I was just trying my luck, but I don't think it was very nice to leave me hanging and have no contact at all. Not typical sales people actions. Anyway, I was really disappointed as I thought you would give me a chance. Not the kind of customer service I recommend. More
