Patience is not my strong point, so Island GMC is a good place for me to deal with. Other staff such as Mike & Masood deserve honorable mention (good job guys, but the ladies have you beat!!) However after purchase and before delivery there was a problem and I waited a very long time for actual delivery in spite of being told it "is almost ready to go". In the end I was given a loaner car and was eventually able to leave the dealership and pick up the Chevy a few days later. Except for that glitch the experience was positive. More
