After 3 weeks they are suggesting they see the car, after many conversations on what to do and what accountability they may have. A lot of deflection and the cost to me is not affordable. A company that claims this car is smart enough to tell you anything that is wrong with it and claims to always put customers first, is falling short in this case. More

I own a Yukon Xl with nine seats and have 5 children in car seats. I was promised at time of purchase that I would have a comparable vehicle whenever I take my vehicle in for service. This time was not something I needed fixed that I did. This was a recall and parts failed. A Subaru forrestor does not fit the bill. I could only get two car seats in the vehicle. Even with my other vehicle we were only able to take a total of four car seats with us which meant we had to make arrangements to leave a child with my oldest daughter which was a pain in the xxx as the kids had visits and appointments to go to. It was a huge inconvenience as they had to wait for the part to come in and both Tanya and Kevin wanted to fly the part in but GM Canada didn’t authorize it I am truly frustrated with the service that we got from GM Canada. The dealership tried what they could to help us out. I will never buy another GM product or refer anyone to GM. More
