Apparently the fact that I made my final decision on another car after regular business hours and informed them at my first real opportunity was insufficient. Honestly, what could possibly be accomplished by emailing me to tell me how to better handle things in the future? Certainly not my business! I am planning to purchase another vehicle in the next year or two and I will definitely look elsewhere. With so many dealerships on the island, why go somewhere with high-pressure tactics and such poor customer service skills? (Ashley was lovely, though.) More

After 3 weeks they are suggesting they see the car, after many conversations on what to do and what accountability they may have. A lot of deflection and the cost to me is not affordable. A company that claims this car is smart enough to tell you anything that is wrong with it and claims to always put customers first, is falling short in this case. More
