Terrible service with not even an apology Went to Ideal to make a lease transfer which usually takes at most a week to get the paper work to Honda Finance. With this dealership it took 3 weeks of repeated voicemails and complaints to the secretary (which gave better service than the managers) before they gave me the ok to go pickup the car. However, when I picked up the car they did not have the ownership papers from service Canada, but said I could take the car and drive it for up to 14 days. I'm writing this review and it has been 40 days without the ownership. I've again called many times without a single response. They also did not send the paperwork into Honda Finance so the previous lease owner was charged for June rather than me. Just absolute horrible service, do not recommend anyone to use them, I hope they go out of business! More

Big liars and high prices. Buy from other dealers I leased my car from here and there was a promotion going through Honda for leased cars. When I asked about that promotion they told me that it was fo I leased my car from here and there was a promotion going through Honda for leased cars. When I asked about that promotion they told me that it was for existing Honda customers. I believed them and did not get that promotion of $1000 off. After few days my friend bought the same car from Milton Honda and they gave him the promotional price. When I called Ideal Honda back they said the deal is closed and we can't do anything now. I was shocked how they lied on my face to avoid giving me promotional price. I have already recommended so many people not to buy from them and know of 5 people who bought from somewhere else after listening to my experience. I would suggest do your research and do not believe what they say. Also they force you to buy Global eye which no other dealer forces so don't fall for that. More

Went for engine light on just before I got there light went off I told them that Tommy adviced me to not worry so I did some other work that was not urgent. After I left light came back on so called them to check it out they diagnosed canister issues and that will cost me 600 to fix. I could have done that instead of other not urgent matters I spent 1200 the first visit. They don't know what they're doing Tommy very unfriendly told me to my face that he yells at customers back if someone is stubburn. Very unprofessional and definitely not a recommend. A word of advice all dealers are way over rated and really you don't need a dealer my experience with independent mechanics is much better. More
Agreed sale car and deposit taken through Visa Card on 07/29. Next day refused the agreement and changed the price 07/30 . On July 29th evening went to Ideal Honda dealership and saw silver color Honda Accord 2010 model EX km approx 79K. Test drive was done, I liked the car and then after mutual understanding between both parties, I gave the deposit of $2000 at time through Visa Credit card. As it was close to dealership closing time, it was decided to come next evening to sign the ownership paper and also my family to see the car. They even allowed me to take the picture of the car and also put "Sold" sign on the car. On July 30th evening when I went with my wife to sign the ownership sale agreement, the sale person said his manager can't sell this car anymore at agreed price and asking for $1500 more for same car. I tried my best to make them understand that I already paid deposit for that car as we mutually agreed on that price. Finally they said they can't do anything about it, if you want that car now pay us $1500 more. Absolutely not reliable and trustworthy.....and cheating to customer like that..Very bad experience I won't advice this dealer. More
I have just purchased a new 2013 Honda Accord EX-L from Ideal Honda, which is my third car from Ideal Honda. I still have one of the other two cars. I chose Ideal Honda for this new purchase, even though it is not the closest Honda dealer to me, because my past experience with this dealership has been excellent. The new car was purchased through the leasing manager Azam Riffat. I commend Mr. Riffat highly for his very friendly and reasoned advice in my decision-making process. Service on my other two cars over the years has been excellent - competent and friendly. I have dealt with Tommy Pham Service Advisor many times, mainly for maintenance service, and found him to be friendly and knowledgable. About a year ago the seal on the windshield of my second car (1985 Odyssey) developed a leak. It was repaired (as I understand) by a company contracted by Ideal Honda to service this type of problem. I discovered a while later that the windshied had developed a stress crack in the area where they had performed the repair. There was no such crack previous to this service. I brought this to the attention of the Honda Service Manager Derek Elliott who investigated and established the validity of my complaint. He credited my account at Ideal Honda for more than the cost to install a complete new windshild to partly compensate for the inconvenience to me. I am very pleased with the way he handled this situation. One other major incident, the only one of its kind, occured with my first car, a 1998 Accord EX. Just slightly after the end of the 5-year warantee period I discovered oil in the coolant. The service department tried several possible solutions over a period of several months. Each time, after driving the car for awhile, the oil appeard again. Finally Ideal Honda replaced, essentially, the whole engine. Problem solved. Each time my car was in Ideal Honda service they provided me with another car to drive at no charge. Furthermore there was no charge whatever for any of the service costs or new parts that were used during this time. There has been no further problem with the engine in that car over the remaining seven years that I have owned it. I believe Ideal Honda has treated me honestly, fairly, and competently over many years. That is why I remain a satisfied Ideal Honda customer. My children have also purchased cars from Ideal Honda and are very satisfied with the service. More
Over 13 years purchased one vehicle and leased 3 others at Ideal Honda. With all four vehicles plus another not purchased @ Ideal (purchased privately) was loyal for all servicing on all 5 cars including at Ideal Honda. With all four vehicles plus another not purchased @ Ideal (purchased privately) was loyal for all servicing on all 5 cars including oil changes at Ideal. With my most recent lease I was able to find at another Honda dealership a lease for the same car for a $700 savings over the course of the four year lease. Even though I had been loyal to Ideal Honda for 13 years the leasing manager would not meet the savings of the lease I found at a dealership to which I had never given any business whatsoever. The service manager at Ideal attempted to advocate on my behalf to the leasing manager but served to no avail. It would appear that the corporation which owns this dealership, the Toyota dealership next door and another Honda dealership in Mississauga (among other holdings)is only focussed on maximizing profits and customer loyalty is not appreciated. In short from personal experience I have learned that at this dealership customer loyalty counts for "squat" when it comes to future purchases at Ideal Honda. More
We just moved to Ontario (from BC) and needed a dealer for the periodic service for our 2010 Honda Crosstour. The woman I spoke to was most accommodating when it came to appointments, took down all my information and scheduled me quickly. When I showed up at the dealership on the appointed day Renato checked in my car, advised me what they would be doing and approximately what my cost would be. He then had their shuttle driver drop me off at home and also arranged for me to be picked up three hours later. Everything happened as planned, my car was ready when promised and all the work was done. The bill was as expected. I found everyone at the dealership to be both professional and friendly and will be taking my car back to what I now consider to be my "home" dealer. More
