Frustrating My car had to be "towed" in because it would not start. At no time did anyone let me know what the problem, or the solution, was. I was told that someone would be in shortly to give me an update - but it did not happen! Two hours waiting with the bill growing by the minute (or so I assumed) is frustrating. Luckily most of the bill was covered by the warranty. I would have been happier if someone had told me that earlier, not wait until the cashier gave me the bill! More

The car was ready at 9:25am and I was home by 10am. I always come to Ideal Honda even though it is out of my way - I live in Brampton. They have the best service and are prompt.
