Revisit after placing complaint to President of Honda Canada December 2017 got worst customer service from Service or Parts Manager (British guy) and another kind of a supervisor Maggie. This time went to Omar H December 2017 got worst customer service from Service or Parts Manager (British guy) and another kind of a supervisor Maggie. This time went to Omar Hieba, well the only thing I can add here is that the dealership needs to hire 6 to 10 more of Omar in order to improve service and get returning customers. Omar has patience, skills, problem-solving ability and overall he is in control of what he is doing. Please recognize this associate who goes extra miles for a customer like me and helps your business to stay on. But unhappy to see Maggie still around. More
