Additionally, Omar went beyond explaining verbally to my next question, by actually showing me & removing 2 parts from my vehicle in order for my understanding of the recommendation of replacement parts needed to help maintain my car in good condition. First Service Interaction - TT227 Brought my new 2018 Honda Civic into the service shop for inspection due to unusual noises when applying the brakes or when pressing the brake pedal w Brought my new 2018 Honda Civic into the service shop for inspection due to unusual noises when applying the brakes or when pressing the brake pedal while shifting from Park to Reverse or Reverse to Drive. The car only has less than 700km on it! Paul (Technical Manager) and Danny (Sr. Technician) did a meticulous job of diagnosing the situation and ended up replacing both the front rotors and pads free of charge since it is under warranty. Their excellent customer service/care is first class and greatly appreciated. Sometimes one hears horror stories with respect to service department at car dealerships just making excuses and send the customer off by discounting the unusual noises as normal! Given today's experience I witnessed with such professionalism and quality of work, I trust Ideal Honda's service department to look after my new car in the future to come! More
