Second Service Interaction (Excellent Again!) Had another excellent customer service experience yesterday when I took my brand new 2018 Honda Civic in again for brake service. In addition to cont Had another excellent customer service experience yesterday when I took my brand new 2018 Honda Civic in again for brake service. In addition to continue hearing a low swooshing sound when applying the brakes, my rear brakes were also making grinding noises when braking. Omar the Service Advisor was able to fit me in right away (even though I didn't have an appointment). Danny the Sr. Technician serviced my rear brakes with great attention even though he determined that the noises are normal part of breaking in the braking operation for a new vehicle. This give me a peace of mind that my car was well looked after. Given my experiences with Ideal Honda thus far, I believed I have chosen the right dealership to purchase and service my new Honda Civic. Good job guys! Much Appreciated. More
