From start to finish, my service appointment I took my car in for my first oil change and put on new winter tires with steel rims yesterday morning. From start to finish, my service appointment has been excellent in all respects from dealing with Justin (Service Advisor) to Richard (Mechanic). I was treated with great customer care and the service performed by the mechanic staff was very efficient with no worries. We even took a test drive to assess a continuing concern that I have with hearing a whooshing sound when applying the brakes. The whole service appointment took less than an hour with minimal waiting! I much appreciated their dedication to doing a job right and ensuring my continual client satisfaction. Thus far, my interactions and experiences with Ideal Honda have all been positive and all exceeded my expectations. More
