They gave me their 100 point inspection which looked great. I buy the car feeling pressured because someone else was there to buy it too. I later found out that someone else was the owner so they are also liars. I took it to my mechanic because the car felt jerky. I then find out I have a major oil leak and my mechanic said, "its a mess under there". I took it back to the dealership and they said they dont have to fix it since its not a safety issue. I got really mad and instead if paying the $1500 it was going to cost I paid half. I go for my next oil change and find out there's another oil leak!!!!! Now I have smoke coming from my tail pipes and a list of repairs that will cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. Needless to say, DONT BUY FROM IAUTOHAUS!!!! they are all smiles when they want your business then they dont return your calls or emails. I had to show up in person to get screwed over again. Bad business practice for sure. More

Then I called AUTHAUS, the man over the phone said we are only responsible for safety issues and not for all technical things. I was shocked , because they gave me the inspection report. I have this still with myself... They did not respond to my follow up emails. I do not recommend this dealer ship. Be very careful and do not thrust on their inspection report. More

I really recommend this dealership for people that want high end cars and Supercars, and for those that just need a normal day to day car you can also find there too or they will find the car that is right to you. I mean if you go at a dealership, it is supposed to provide you with a good operational vehicle, as it was promised at the advertisement. Here are the issues I faced immediately with the vehicle i got from them, they promised to resolve them, but the promises are not taken care of professionally, as they arise again in few hours:- the AC stopped working. Coolant temperature gauge got faulty in 2 days. engine light got on in 2 days (needed a censor replacement, as i was informed by other mechanic). The music system's buttons don't work. Heated seats don't work. Problem refuelling (fuel pump issue). Keyless entry remotes are faulty too, even if I had to get batteries in them from my pocket. Not to mention, it was not cleaned properly when they gave it to me. And the vehicle was advertised the opposite of what it is now. My cousin wanted to get a Mercedes from them, now I shall refer him to go somewhere else rather than this place. The only reason I gave 1 star instead of 0 is because of the customer service of Andrei. More

I wasn't sure what to expect initially. I have read some bad reviews, but on craigslist they had the car that I wanted and after months of searching I was willing to give anything a shot. I called the office and the reception was polite, but it was too early in the morning and they only had 1 busy salesman at the time. That was kind of disappointing as a dealership should have sales ready for you at all times. An hour or so later some salesman called me back and he was very informative and let me know that the 2011 BMW 750li would be washed and documents ready for me to view by the end of the day, and also if I needed any finance information he could let me speak with the finance manager. At this point I was slightly more relieved, the dealership didn't seem that bad. By the end of the day I had gotten there and as promised, the car was ready for me. The sales person showed me the CarProof for the car and ICBC papers. Everything seemed clean and my test drive went smoothly, but I just wasn't convinced because I am so paranoid from the reviews. I had sent BCAA to inspect the car the next day. The BCAA report came back fine. That made me feel a whole lot better about the dealership. I filled out the credit application and the finance manager got me approved within 2 days. I couldn't give full points due to the lack of sales people in the morning and the interior of the car could've been a little cleaner. The price was great because I got it significantly than the BMW dealers that I have been looking at and they were willing to negotiate the price and my trade in. Overall, I think this dealership is good and I don't see whats wrong with it. More
