Bad Experience, bad salesman. Mathieu Mamarbachi. Very bad on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the best and 0 the worst, I rate this dealership 0. yes, 0 Zero, This mamarbachi guy said 'prestige' will provi on a scale of 0 to 10, with 10 being the best and 0 the worst, I rate this dealership 0. yes, 0 Zero, This mamarbachi guy said 'prestige' will provide me with a car that is in good condition, but it not in running condition even today. There were even written clauses in the contract that mamarbachi FAILED to meet. Within 24 hours business day after I received the car, I went to the general manager to cancel the contract because breach of contract. (It is within the law). The general manager being professional, TRIED to salvage the contract.(which he did). A quick investigation shows that this guy drinks and has a relative working at prestige (audi) as a mechanic. I have contacted the Gabriel Azouz, the owner, to let him know what his is going on. It is most likely that he is related to the owner, so stay away, far far away from all prestige dealerships, As I said, veryyyy bad experience, I would never recommend this place to a friend, More
