I recently had a frustrating experience with the finance team at Hyatt Infiniti. They were incredibly pushy about getting me to sign up with First Canadian, even though I made it clear that I wasn’t interes team at Hyatt Infiniti. It’s one thing to offer options, but the pressure and disrespect I encountered made the entire process uncomfortable. I expected better customer service from a dealership of this caliber.
