This is the first time going to this dealership for service. I dropped off my vehicle for service and Steve Sandul was my service consultant. I received a call later from Steve, advising my vehicle was ready. Upon attending the Hyatti Infiniti I met Steve and once again he was very pleasant and took the time to go through my bill.( A little pricey, but that’s expected). I was very satisfied with the services I received from Steve. He showed lots of caring as well. I will recommend Steve to my friends and family in the event they need an advice from a service consultant because of his honesty. More

Service advisor Stivan was excellent took care of everything except the labour charge is too high even on installation of 2 wiper blades cost 93.00 dollars it’s insane plus 478.00 to install 3 tires everything except the labour charge is too high even on installation of 2 wiper blades cost 93.00 dollars it’s insane plus 478.00 to install 3 tires won’t recommend anyone to go to dealer to get it done only time I chose infinity because one tire was covered under warranty didn’t like infinity customer care service they had no clue what to tell customers every time when I call them they said they couldn’t find warranty information in professional service More
